Returns & Exchanges

We invite you to return any product with which you are not 100% satisfied within 10 days of purchase. We will replace the item, refund your purchase price or credit your credit card, this is the policy for shipments only and you must present the receipt.

When returning items, please complete the form on the back of the original packing slip, package the items carefully, and send them to us via UPS Ground Service or US Mail. Our returns address is:

If you are ordering with a credit card, your shipping address must be the same as the billing address of your credit card statements. This is for your protection. If you are mailing to your office or work address you must notify the credit card company to allow shipments to be sent to this address.
